2. 15ml Croc Papaya Schnapps
3. 15ml Coconut Creme Liqueur
4. 20ml Lime Juice
5. 10ml Falernum Syrup
6. 60ml Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

Add first four ingredients into a shaker along with ice and shake. Strain into a glass and top with soda.

2. 15ml Papaya And Passionfruit Liqueur
3. 15ml Lemon Juice
4. 10ml Simple Syrup
5. Pineapple And Coconut Soda

3. 30ml Creme Coconut Liqueur
4. 30ml Ameretto
5. 30ml Cold Brew Coffee

Add all ingredients into a shaker along with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass..enjoy!

2. 15ml Passionfruit Liqueur
3. 20ml Lemon Juice
4. 15ml Simple Syrup
5. Egg White Or Aquafaba

Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a glass.

5. Elderflower Tonic

Add first four ingredients into a shaker along with ice and shake. Strain into a glass and top with tonic.

Lemongrass Syrup

Add one cup of sugar and one cup of water to a saucepan along with a stick of lemongrass and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes..cool then strain.
